The Challenger 8 is a versatile running shoe designed for both road running and trail use. It delivers soft cushioning and the grip needed to tackle a variety of surfaces with confidence, including gravel. For the 2025 edition, Hoka one one added more foam underfoot and improved the fit to provide an ultra-cushioned, smoother stride.

Its minimalist technical mesh upper is made with 100% rPET. It is complemented by a soft collar, a 3D screen-printed toe cap and reflective details. The multidirectional 4 mm lugs have been redesigned to ensure a smooth stride across all types of terrain.
